What happened

The Landlord applied for the termination of the tenancy and eviction of the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay $3,251.41 (after deducting the rent deposit and interest) plus daily compensation of $39.13 from October 17, 2025, until they move out.
