What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to significant rent arrears. The ruling

The Tenants can void the order by paying $5,116.32 by July 31, 2025, or $6,603.85 by August 31, 2025. If they do not void the order, they are ordered to pay $1,910.51 to the Landlord, which accounts for arrears up to the hearing date minus the rent deposit and interest.
