What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $7,147.59 by May 31, 2023 or $8,920.41 by June 3, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by June 3, 2023 and pay the Landlord $4,238.16 plus daily compensation of $58.28 starting May 12, 2023.
