What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 11, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,609.97, which includes the outstanding rent arrears, costs from the previous application, and daily compensation for occupying the unit after July 1, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 11, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
