The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $7,718.96 by August 13, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by August 13, 2023 and pay the Landlord $4,239.18, plus daily compensation of $48.83 from July 21, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
