What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant because the tenant did not meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the LTB.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 11, 2023. The tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The tenant must pay the landlord $11.67 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $38.52 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting July 1, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
