The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 23, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,365.75, which includes the remaining rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $38.72 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting June 13, 2023, until the Tenants move out.
