What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $1,352.83, which includes rent arrears owing up to December 31, 2022 and the cost of filing the application and unpaid NSF charges. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 13, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
