What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,535.73, which includes rent arrears up to April 26, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $40.58 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 27, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
