What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to illegal acts. Specifically, Tenant 1 was caught on CCTV stealing a grocery delivery from another tenant in the lobby, and Tenant 2 sent threatening emails to the Landlord's staff, including a threat to smash windows.
