What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,986.00 by October 13, 2025. This amount includes $8,800.00 in rent arrears and the $186.00 filing fee. If payment is not made by the deadline, simple interest at 4.00% annually will accrue on the balance. As this was converted to an L9 application, the tenancy is not terminated.
