What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had vacated the rental unit on December 31, 2022, prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $165.73 for the unpaid cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 2, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
