What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. The Tenant testified about issues with the cleanliness of the common areas, the laundry room, and the accumulation of water in the Tenant's unit causing mold and mildew.

The Landlord is ordered to maintain the common areas, the laundry room, and the Tenant's unit to address these issues.
