What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord and Superintendent: entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenants.

The ruling

The Landlord must pay the Tenant a $500 rent abatement and the $53 filing fee for a total of $553. The Landlord shall visibly number the parking spots and assign a specific spot to the Tenant by April 30, 2024.
