The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,794.48 for damage to the rental unit and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by March 29, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement and the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
