What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,620.14 (less any payments made after June 2, 2023) and $65.71 per day starting June 23, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 3, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
