What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the Landlord $5,184.34 on or before June 29, 2025. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by June 29, 2025, and pay the Landlord $3,208.88 plus daily compensation of $38.35 from June 12, 2025. The Landlord may file for eviction with the Sheriff starting June 30, 2025.
