What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order. The Tenant did not pay rent arrears and current rent on time as ordered.

The ruling

The Landlords' application is granted. The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $2,325.84 in rent arrears and application fees by March 15, 2024. If the Tenant does not vacate by March 15, 2024, the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $27.12 from February 8, 2024 until the Tenant moves out.
