The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,208.50 by May 31, 2024 or $4,541 by June 11, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,594.94 to the Landlord and $43.81 per day in compensation until they vacate the unit.
