The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $3,990.84 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by July 31, 2023. The Tenant is also ordered to pay daily compensation of $29.72 from June 23, 2023 until the date the Tenant vacates.
