What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy after the Tenant allegedly failed to meet conditions set in a previous order. An initial eviction order was issued without a hearing. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside that order. During the motion hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement to set aside the eviction and establish a new payment plan.

The ruling

The motion to set aside the eviction order is granted by consent. The previous order is set aside and replaced. The Tenant is ordered to pay the lawful rent in full and on time for twelve consecutive months starting October 2025. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an eviction order without further notice to the Tenant.
