What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on May 31, 2023 unless the tenant pays $2,144.82 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 31, 2023 and pay the landlord $360.86 plus daily compensation of $58.04 from April 25, 2023 until the date they move out.
