What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in a previous LTB order regarding rent arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 12, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,577.63 (less any payments made after May 2, 2023) for rent arrears and the previous application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $60.62 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 2, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
