What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 14, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,584.36, which includes rent arrears up to April 3, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $24.99 per day for use of the unit starting April 4, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
