What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant was found to have disturbed other residents of the residential complex on non-emergency occasions, violating the conditions set in the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 17, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $17.02 per day as compensation for the use of the unit from April 7, 2023, until they move out. If the Tenant does not vacate by the specified date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement.
