What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay the lawful monthly rent and $400 towards arrears by the due date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 10, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,801.11 plus $45.76 per day starting May 31, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 10, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
