The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Landlords are entitled to take possession of the rental unit. The Landlords owe the Tenants $2,258.48 for the rent deposit and interest, but the Landlords can deduct $75.01 per day from this amount for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 1, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
