The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $10,576 by April 17, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant must pay $9,981 to the Landlord. The Tenant will also owe $19.56 per day for compensation starting April 1, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
