The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 9, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,900.14 in rent arrears and application fees, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay daily compensation of $37.15 starting May 30, 2023 until they vacate the unit.
