What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

Relief from eviction is granted, if the Tenant complies with the conditions set out in the order. The Tenant shall pay rent in full and on time for a 12-month period starting July 1, 2023. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
