What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $24,571.71, which includes rent arrears and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $65.59 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 9, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
