What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord altered the locking system on a door giving entry to the rental unit or residential complex without giving the Tenant replacement keys, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant. The Tenant claimed he was left without access to his personal belongings, including critical medication and his ID, and that the Landlord had been coercing him to leave the unit.

The ruling

The Tenant's application is dismissed as it has been abandoned. The three Interim Orders dated October 24, 2023, December 18, 2023 and March 18, 2024 are cancelled.
