The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,886 by June 30, 2023 or $7,606 by July 7, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by July 7, 2023 and pay the Landlord $5,635.36 plus daily compensation.
