What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant based on allegations of illegal acts, including drug trafficking and production, and acts that seriously impaired the safety of others in the residential complex. At the hearing, the parties reached a mutual agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy between TBDSSAB Housing Programs and the Tenant is terminated effective July 31, 2025, by consent. The Tenant is ordered to move out by this date. If the Tenant remains, the Landlord may enforce the eviction through the Sheriff starting August 1, 2025. The eviction portion of the order expires if not filed by February 1, 2026.
