The tenant must pay the landlord $4,128.23, which includes rent arrears up to May 2, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay $34.91 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 3, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
