What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $13,784.64, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 24, 2024, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
