The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $10,413 by July 21, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 21, 2023 and pay $9,372.38 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $26.79 from June 23, 2023 until they move out.
