The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants and for an order to have the Tenants pay the rent they owe because the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement signed by the parties on March 27, 2023, with respect to application LTB-L-047611-22.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 4, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,630.67 plus $61.55 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 25, 2023, to the date the Tenants move out of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing on or before June 4, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
