What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $20,336 by July 25, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 25, 2023 and pay the Landlord $17,441.75 plus daily compensation of $50.96 from July 6, 2023 until move-out.
