What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant by parking an unauthorized motor vehicle in the underground parking garage and failing to remove it upon request.

The ruling

The Landlord's application was granted. The tenancy will continue if the Tenant registers the unauthorized vehicle in the parking space and ensures it is plated and insured by September 15, 2024. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Tenant must pay the Landlord's application filing fee of $186.
