Tenant applied for orders determining the Landlord entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant.

The ruling

The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $1,098.64 for the illegal entries and loss of bathroom use, plus $48 for the application fee, for a total of $1,146.64. If not paid by April 2, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually.
