What happened

Tenants filed an application against the Landlord for failing to meet maintenance obligations regarding heating. This includes a 15% rent abatement ($962.61) for the 91-day period without adequate heat, $74.20 for increased hydro costs, and the $48.00 filing fee. The abatement was limited to 15% due to the Tenants' failure to mitigate losses by refusing a temporary heater and failing to follow up for several weeks.
