What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to rent arrears. By the date of the hearing, the Tenant had paid nearly all arrears, leaving only a negligible balance. The Tenant disputed the application costs, claiming administrative errors in payment processing by the Landlord, but did not provide documentary proof.
