What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations of the Tenant committing illegal acts involving possession of illegal drugs and a taser, which the Landlord claimed seriously impaired the safety of staff, other residents, and other occupants of the rental unit and residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy can continue if the Tenant satisfies the conditions set out in the order, which include not possessing any illegal drugs or weapons in the rental unit or complex. The Landlord is entitled to $186 for the application filing fee.
