What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 14, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $13,141.96 (minus any payments made on or after February 7, 2023) for rent arrears and the cost of the previous application. The tenant must also pay the landlord $27.32 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 4, 2023 until the tenant vacates.
