What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant and for an order to have the Tenant pay the rent they owe because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on December 5, 2019 with respect to application LTB-L-000631-23 (TNL-20098-19). The Landlord requested a review of the February 21, 2023 order. The Tenant later requested a review of the April 18, 2023 review order.

The Tenant received the Board's notice of the April 18, 2023 review hearing and was afforded an adequate opportunity to be heard, but failed to exercise due diligence. The April 18, 2023 order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
