What happened

The landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant, another occupant, or someone the tenant permitted substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant, and wilfully or negligently causing damage to the premises.

The ruling

The tenancy will continue if the tenant complies with the conditions set out in the order, which include not interfering with the landlord or other tenants' enjoyment of the complex and paying the landlord $899.48 to repair the damaged property in installments. If the tenant fails to comply, the landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant.
