The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 29, 2023. The tenant shall pay the landlord $3,466.16 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $13.12 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 19, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
