What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 28, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $13,439.87 (less any payments made after the application was filed) for rent arrears and the cost of the previous application. The tenant must also pay the landlord $37.74 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 18, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
