What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on December 19, 2022 with respect to application LTB-L-039002-22. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The motion to set aside the eviction order is granted. The original order issued on December 19, 2022 is amended to provide the Tenant until December 31, 2023 to restore the rental unit to a safe, clean and reasonable living condition.
